EAT. DRINK. PLAY.
Birdies Crazy Golf club is descending from the dizzying heights of Roof East in Stratford, hopping on the Overground and heading to Peckham Rye. The bespoke nine hole course serves up loops, half-pipes, hidden putt-off prizes and even an elevated 5ft drop onto the nerve-wracking sixth hole. Tee-off in-between sinking warming hot toddys and tucking into gyoza dumplings.
Peckham Feastival – a collection of London’s finest food trucks parked up alongside two bars serving warming winter beverages, comfy sofas and Birdies Crazy Golf – all sound tracked to live local DJ’s.
From Thursday to Sunday in December, will see some of London’s best food trucks pull-up in an 11,000 sq foot warehouse in Peckham’s Copeland Park. Some of the foodies in the driving seat includes local Peckham supperclub Forza Win who will be serving up Arancini to artichoke fritti, whilst other delicious street food aficionados include The Cheese Truck, Popdogs, Rainbo with more to be announced.
Do I need to bring my own clubs? Not at all! We provide each player with their very own putter on arrival at the first hole. A Birdies staff member will then take your clubs at the end of your round, so you can enjoy a celebratory drink at the bar! (Loser buys the first round!)
How do I keep score? Each team will be given a scorecard on arrival at the box office. You will need to designate a team captain who looks after your scorecard and keeps track of the round. You will not be able to start the round without your scorecard.
When should I arrive?Players must arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your allocated tee time, or you risk forfeiting your round. Your group must also be ready to tee off 10 minutes prior to your allocated tee time.
Can I smoke inside?Unfortunately there is no smoking around the course.
Can I bring my own food and drink? We do not allow guests to bring their own snacks and drinks, however we have plenty of exciting street food and cocktails on offer at Feastival!
What if I can’t attend my tee time?Unfortunately we are unable to change your tee time, however if you do arrive late we’ll do our very best to fit you in. Of course we cannot guarantee this.
How do I book tickets? Please visit our Book Tickets page, which will explain how to book tickets. You will need to bring your confirmation email on your smartphone (save paper!) or print it out for the box office on arrival at the venue.
How long can I play for?Birdies is a 9 hole course. Average completion time for a group of 4 is 30 minutes. Of course this depends on how good you are! To discourage slow play, there is a maximum of 6 shots per person per hole.
Can I eat and drink whilst on the course? You can drink whilst playing golf, absolutely! Unfortunately we do not allow food onto the course, but why not join us before or after for a street food experience beyond any other with Peckham Feastival.
Can I book a Private Hire for an event? We welcome all! Simply send us an email and let us know as much detail as possible about your event and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Is there an age restriction?Unfortunately at this time Birdies is exclusively 18+. ID may be required on entry.
Can I buy tickets on the door?Due to limited availability we are unable to guarantee entry at the door. We highly recommend booking in advance. We do always try to sell tickets on the door where we can, so we welcome walk-ins!
Can I get a refund? All sales are final and we cannot facilitate refunds on tickets unless an event is cancelled on our behalf.
How many players per group is allowed? There is a maximum of eight players per group. To ensure as many people as possible can play the course, a smaller group may be placed with another group. Hey, you might even make some new friends!
